Part of the CSR family, our Operational Excellence Business Unit is undertaking the delivery of a new major Capital Works program. We are currently embarking upon one of the biggest capital works programs in the organisation's history, with significant upgrades of our manufacturing and logistics sites to ensure we can meet our future business objectives.
We are seeking a PMO Analyst to support the delivery of our capital program by assisting with project reporting, analysis, governance support and process improvement. This role will help ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed standards, controls, schedules and budgets, while providing accurate insights to support decision‑making. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project performance dashboards, status reports, and portfolio summaries
- Collaborate with Project Managers to collect, validate, and analyse project data
- Support financial tracking, forecasting, reporting, and auditing across projects and portfolios
- Monitor schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
- Identify, track, and mitigate portfolio-level risks and safety issues
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to reporting standards
- Maintain project documentation, registers, lessons learned, and audit trails
- Assist with resource tracking and planning across the portfolio
- Track and support benefits realisation activities
- Improve and automate reporting processes where possible
- Contribute to continuous improvement, standards uplift, and portfolio maturity
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all levels
- Provide general project support to delivery teams
- Support corporate and team KPI achievement
What You Bring To The Role
- 5+ years' experience in project management or PMO roles
- Strong organisational, time management, and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Project, Power BI, Excel, and PPM tools
- Understanding of project methodologies in construction/manufacturing/heavy industry
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and process improvement
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator across technical and business teams
- Relevant tertiary qualification in project management
- Proactive, improvement-focused mindset
- Industry experience in construction, manufacturing, or heavy industry desirable
