About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery across our SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Finance landscape. This role sits within a persistent team model and is responsible for balancing BAU delivery with strategic transformation initiatives, including a large-scale ERP upgrade program (S/4HANA).
You will ensure teams are aligned, collaborating effectively, and continuously improving. You’ll partner closely with finance, procurement, and technology stakeholders to deliver predictable, high-quality outcomes while managing risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead delivery across SAP P2P and Finance, balancing BAU enhancements and transformation initiatives
- Own delivery planning, translating business priorities into clear, actionable outcomes
- Drive technology delivery for P2P & Finance within the S/4HANA program
- Manage dependencies, risks, and integration points across teams, domains, and vendors
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
- Embed and coach agile practices including planning cadence, backlog refinement, and delivery optimisation
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and communicate delivery progress, risks, and trade-offs
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience in project or program delivery leadership within complex environments
- Proven delivery of large-scale SAP initiatives and transformation programs
- Experience across SAP P2P and Finance (preferred)
- Leadership experience managing teams of 5–10 across permanent and vendor resources
- Strong prioritisation, decision-making, and stakeholder management capability
- Ability to operate confidently in ambiguity with a focus on outcomes
- Proactive, practical, and energetic approach that drives team performance
