The Opportunity

Due to sustained growth SEE Group has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning Analyst to join our highly skilled and professional Finance team.

This is a fast-paced role where your analytical expertise, confidence, and attention to detail will truly matter. We are seeking a seasoned professional with strong financial planning and analysis experience working in complex company structures.

This is a newly created role where you will have the opportunity to partner with the operation teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making. You will be playing a key role in transforming and modernising our FP&A systems and processes.

As a trusted expert, you’ll be comfortable engaging and presenting to senior level stakeholders including General Managers and Directors.

We’re a flexible, certified “Great Place to Work”, with a Gold Coast head office and offices across Tweed, Brisbane, Caboolture and the Sunshine Coast. Responsibilities include

  • Financial planning and forecasting
  • Performance reporting and analysis
  • Business partnering
  • Systems, data and process improvement
  • Governance and compliance

About you

  • Previous experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance roles
  • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (essential)
  • Experience with FP&A tools (e.g., TM1, Anaplan, Power BI) highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
