As Studio Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the studio and creating a positive experience for employees, clients and visitors. Working closely with the Resourcing, Production and Operations teams, you’ll help keep processes running smoothly, provide administrative support, and contribute to a welcoming and collaborative workplace culture.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, approachable and adaptable, with the ability to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced creative environment. This is an onsite role during standard business hours.

Key Responsibilities
Studio & Administrative Support
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors and employees (this is a full-time at the office role)
- Maintain reception and shared studio spaces at all times;
- Keep spaces across 2 floors neat and tidy
- Ensure kitchens are clean and tidy - dishwashers, wiping benches, and shelves.
- Manage office cleaners schedules.
- Manage mail, deliveries and visitor registration
- Participate in local and global company meetings, sharing what social activities the Sydney team participates in.
- Manage and track all studio expenses.
- Coordinate studio cultural initiatives and collaborate with the wider team to support the planning and smooth execution of industry events.
- Liaise with Building Management regarding studio safety protocols, facilities requirements, and support studio refurbishments or improvements as required.
- Manage relationships with third-party cleaning providers to ensure the studio environment remains clean, organised, and welcoming.
- Provide administrative support to the Resourcing team, including freelancer bookings, artist scheduling, school and university engagement support if required, contract administration and record keeping. Providing holiday cover as required.
- Provide administrative support to the Production team, meeting scheduling, lunch fulfilment, transport bookings, project and file management support.

- Support employee engagement, wellbeing and workplace initiatives.
- Coordinate team events, meetings and studio activities.
- Communicate workplace updates and company events.
- Assist with internal communications, including weekly culture updates and employee news.
Skills & Experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional, flexible and collaborative approach.
- Previous experience in administration, reception, workplace operations, events, production support or a similar role.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack.
- Experience coordinating projects or workplace initiatives is advantageous.
