What You'll Be Doing

• Monitoring and operating advanced CCTV and security systems
• Managing access control and visitor management processes
• Responding to incidents and coordinating emergency responses
• Communicating with emergency services, stakeholders, and on-site teams
• Maintaining accurate reports, logs, and records
• Supporting site operations through proactive security monitoring

What We're Looking For

We're seeking operators who can hit the ground running and bring strong control room experience to our team.

Ideally You'll Have

• Current Security Licence with Control Room endorsement
• Experience working in a busy control room environment
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, incident management, and emergency procedures
• Experience with Gallagher, Avigilon, Genetec, Ascom, PassagePoint, or similar systems
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Driver's Licence and reliable transport
• ASIC Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Hepatitis B & Influenza vaccination certificates (or willingness to obtain)
