Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and CFO, including calendar and email management.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
- Oversee and maintain confidential records and documentation.
- Assist with project coordination and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle general office management tasks to support the executive team.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline administrative workflows.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful EA To CEO And CFO Should Have
- Previous experience in a similar executive assistant or administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- A high level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Experience in the industrial or manufacturing industry is advantageous.
