As a Transformation Portfolio Communications Lead at PwC Australia, you'll play a vital role in developing and delivering the enterprise communications strategy that builds awareness, alignment, and momentum across PwC Australia's transformation portfolio. You'll be working with senior leaders and stakeholders across all areas of the firm, supporting the delivery of PwC's AI ambition through strategic storytelling and integrated communications.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and deliver enterprise Transformation Portfolio communications strategy aligned to Portfolio charter and KPIs.

  • Map and segment portfolio stakeholders to tailor communications by audience.

  • Produce portfolio level leader communications to build awareness, visibility and understanding of how the portfolio is delivering PwC’s AI ambition.

  • Own the portfolio narrative and messaging hierarchy and maintain a single source of truth.

  • Build and run the portfolio communications plan, including forward calendar, key moments, and sequencing.

  • Work in close collaboration with the Corporate Affairs team to lead the strategic development and implementation of relevant internal and external communications and engagement activity, ensuring content is targeting the right audiences, through the right channels at the right time.

  • Set communications standards covering tone, templates, channels, and minimum requirements.

  • Coordinate large audience, high impact communications across initiatives to prevent duplication, conflicting messages, and saturation.

  • Manage dependencies between program communications and enterprise-wide messaging.

  • Enable program change managers by providing messaging, templates, coaching, and alignment support.

  • Assurance of message accuracy, consistency and tone for high-impact and high-priority communications

  • Lead the development and implementation of measures that assess the impact of communications output and gather feedback for future improvement.

  • Provide lightweight reporting on communications delivered, what is coming up, key risks/sensitivities, and feedback themes, and use insights to refine future communications.

  • Use your excellent communication and stakeholder skills and experience influencing senior leaders to drive alignment across diverse teams and act as a trusted advisor on issues to internal stakeholders.

  • An experienced operator with proven experience in a dynamic and high-profile organisation.

  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and multidisciplinary team.

  • A strategic thinker, with the ability to lead work and deliver quality outcomes in line with role expectations.

  • An excellent writer, comfortable creating and editing content for various audiences and channels.

  • Agile and willing to lean into new challenges.

  • Results oriented with strong project management skills, able to lead and deliver campaigns end to end.

  • Able to develop relationships quickly, influence and partner effectively with key senior stakeholders.

  • Adaptable and keen to support your colleagues, willing to ‘jump in’ where needed and share knowledge, ability to coach junior team members effectively.
