$37.42 per hour plus 12% super (Cert IV Leisure and Health qualified)
Permanent Part-Time Opportunity - 60 Hours Per Fortnight - Aminya Centre (Baulkham Hills)
Roster Details
60 hours per fortnight across the following set shifts:
Tuesday 10:00am - 5.30pm
Wednesday 09:30am - 5pm
Thursday 10:00am - 5pm
Saturday 09:00am - 3.30pm (alternate Saturdays of the fortnight)
Sunday 09:00am - 3.30pm (weekly)
About the Role
As a Lifestyle Officer, you will play a key role in enriching the daily lives of residents at Aminya Centre. Working closely with the Lifestyle Coordinator, you will help design and deliver meaningful individual and group activities that reflect each resident’s interests, goals and preferences.
Your work will support residents to feel connected, valued and engaged. Activities may include creative programs, social engagement, movement‑based sessions, reminiscence activities and one‑to‑one support. This role suits someone who enjoys working with people, brings creativity to their work and thrives in a warm, community‑focused environment.

You'll bring:
Strong empathetic communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn
Appreciation for BaptistCare’s Christian identity and values
Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (or willingness to obtain)
Current First Aid certificate
Current driver’s license
