About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to support our renewable energy projects.
This role is open to local candidates only and is critical in providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate visitor travel, accommodation, and site access requirements
- Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and internal documentation
- Maintain and update site rosters
- Provide administrative support across site operations, including document management and record keeping
- Assist with logistics, equipment tracking, and inventory coordination
- Liaise with internal teams and contractors to support site activities and resolve day-to-day operational issues
About You
- Previous experience in a site-based administration role (construction, infrastructure, or energy projects preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic site environment
