Project Manager

THE ROLE

At Homes Victoria our vision is more and better homes for more Victorians. But this is so much more than bricks and mortar. The Project Manager is responsible for the management and delivery of housing upgrade projects including management of multi-disciplinary consultancies involved in design and documentation, and contractors undertaking upgrade works.

Are you

• Proficient in residential building industry project management
• Competent with construction industry contracts.
• A team worker: cooperative and work well with others in pursuit of team goals, collaborates and shares information, excellent communication skills.

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

• Assisting in research, analysis and implementation of projects based on defined outcomes and outputs.

• Supporting the development and delivery of projects or sub-projects and their successful delivery and completion within resourcing, timeline and budget parameters.

• Contributing to the monitoring and evaluation of projects to ensure departmental objectives are met.

• Managing the delivery of housing upgrade projects, ensuring they are delivered in accordance with relevant legislation and government regulations and guidelines.
• Providing advice to stakeholders and assisting in the preparation and presentation of reports, ministerial briefs, cabinet and agency submissions on a range of matters.
