Project Manager

THE ROLE

The Project Manager is responsible for the management and delivery of housing upgrade projects including management of multi-disciplinary consultancies involved in design and documentation, and contractors undertaking upgrade works.
Are you
- Proficient in residential building industry project management
- Competent with construction industry contracts.
- A team worker: cooperative and work well with others in pursuit of team goals, collaborates and shares information, excellent communication skills.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Assisting in research, analysis and implementation of projects based on defined outcomes and outputs.
- Supporting the development and delivery of projects or sub-projects and their successful delivery and completion within resourcing, timeline and budget parameters.
- Contributing to the monitoring and evaluation of projects to ensure departmental objectives are met.
- Managing the delivery of housing upgrade projects, ensuring they are delivered in accordance with relevant legislation and government regulations and guidelines.
- Providing advice to stakeholders and assisting in the preparation and presentation of reports, ministerial briefs, cabinet and agency submissions on a range of matters.
