The Position

We are seeking an efficient and highly motivated Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team. This role is being offered on a part time basis – 16 hours per week within our pharmacy. If you enjoy all aspects of customer interaction and counselling clients, then this could be the ideal opportunity for you. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our current team of experienced pharmacists and dispensary technicians providing superior service to our customers ensuring all medication is dispensed accurately and in a timely manner.

• Evidence of tertiary qualifications and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

• Minimum of 12 months experience (post intern)

• High level communication and time management skills

• Positive attitude and a passion for outstanding customer service

• Demonstrated high level of computer literacy including dispensary software (FRED desirable)

• Display a high level of clinical knowledge

It is a mandatory condition of employment that some roles within our hospital require you to be vaccinated, and remain vaccinated during your employment, against some or all of the following vaccine preventable diseases; Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (Chicken Pox), Pertussis (Whooping cough), and Hepatitis.
