Information Officer

We are seeking enthusiastic Information Officers to join our Public Advice and Guidance team.
As an Information Officer, you will provide advice, information and coordination services to support the publication of public advice and guidance.
You will:
- respond to stakeholder queries about publishing requirements and procedures
- coordinate publishing activities across business lines
- track and progress work items through publication stages
- undertake complex formatting and tagging tasks
- support record keeping and quality assurance processes.
These roles have a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, coordination and service delivery, ensuring guidance is published accurately and within agreed timeframes.
These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Canberra, Newcastle or Parramatta.
