Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, providing warm welcomes and farewells, and promptly responding to requests, messages, and concerns.
- Manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently, including accurate check-in/check-out, cashiering, daily transactions, and opening/closing duties in line with hotel procedures.
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, Maintenance, and other teams to ensure rooms, special requests, and guest expectations are fully met.
- Maintain accurate reservations, room rates, packages, and local area knowledge to confidently assist guests and maximise service quality.
- Uphold hotel policies, WH&S standards, training requirements, and equipment care while maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
What You’ll Bring
- 1+ years of experience as a GSA in a hotel or similar role.
- Proven ability to deliver warm, professional, and efficient guest service
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in front office operations including check-in/out and handling guest accounts.
- Ability to build strong relationships with other departments in the hotel
- The ability to deal with multiple requests at once and maintain a high level of service.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and booking procedures.
