We are now looking to expand our bench with a commercial lawyer .

As an infrastructure lawyer, you also need to possess:

• 3 - 8 PQE in-house or within a law firm
• Ability to draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial agreements (e.g. payment services agreement, SaaS and licensing agreements, etc.)
• Previous experience in technology or fintech businesses
• Immediately available for a 3–6-month contract
