The role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind new commercial opportunities. This role requires a high-energy, proactive professional with a hunter mindset. You will leverage your commercial real estate network and technical knowledge to generate high-quality leads, maintain project momentum, and ensure the business remains the preferred vendor for complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive targeted lead generation with a specialised focus on unlocking opportunities within developer-led projects and the childcare sector.
  • Maintain a high-velocity outbound approach, creatively building and expanding an extensive network of commercial agents, developers, and industry contacts.
  • Leverage a strong understanding of commercial construction, building codes, and standards to navigate technical details and build deep trust with clients.
  • Ensure accurate and analytical use of CRM systems to track qualified lead volumes, monitor pipeline health, and prepare critical data for strategic meetings.
  • Collaborate seamlessly across the internal team, aligning with established lead generation methodologies and championing the organisation's core values.
