They are currently seeking a Trust Clerk to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract, with the potential for longer-term opportunities.

Key responsibilities
- Trust account bank reconciliation
- Receipting trust funds into their appropriate ledgers
- Perform daily cash reconciliations
- Monitor, process and reconcile controlled monies accounts in accordance with trust regulations.
- Manage trust account operations, including trust-to-office journals and transfers
- Processing payments via EFT, transfer and cheques
- Support general and ad hoc administrative task
Ideal candidate
- Strong understanding of trust legislations
- 2+ years of administration experience within the trust industry
- Positive and can-do attitude
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and individually
