UKnighted Recruitment is partnering with a highly respected Australian architecture and interior design studio in the search for an experienced Associate Interior Designer to join their Brisbane team.

This is an opportunity to step into a genuine leadership role within a nationally recognised design practice known for its refined, timeless approach across luxury multi-residential, hospitality and commercial projects. With a strong design reputation and beautifully considered work, our client has built a studio culture centred around collaboration, quality and long-term growth.

We are looking for an all-rounder, someone equally confident leading projects internally as they are sitting across the table from clients. You will be highly design-driven, commercially aware and capable of managing projects from early concept through to delivery while maintaining strong relationships throughout the process.

The Role

• Lead and deliver refined high-end multi-residential interior projects
• Manage client relationships and confidently present design outcomes
• Work closely with internal teams across architecture and interiors
• Oversee project coordination, documentation and consultant management
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Brisbane studio

About You

• Significant local experience within high-end residential or multi-residential interiors
• Strong design eye with exceptional attention to detail and materiality
• Proven ability to manage clients and stakeholders professionally
• Confident leading projects through all phases
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Revit proficiency highly regarded
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative, design-led environment
