The Role

You will work across and be exposed to a variety of sectors and employment matters, including:

• Executive and board-level advisory across employment, governance and risk
• Executive advisory documents, sensitive exits and workplace investigations
• Industrial relations strategy, enterprise bargaining and large-scale workforce matters
• Cross-sector client exposure including mining, energy, infrastructure, government, agriculture, air and seaports and education
• Direct involvement with senior stakeholders, contributing to both legal and commercial outcomes - genuine ownership of your own day

About You

• 2-4 years’ PQE in employment, workplace or industrial relations law
• Experience across both disputes and advisory work ideal, but solid exposure to workplace matters on either side it suitable
• Strong drafting skills, particularly in executive and strategic advisory matters
