Salary: $77,874 – $134,289 per annum (HPA2.1–4.4)

CareForce1 is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Pathologist to join a collaborative multidisciplinary team supporting NDIS participants across Newcastle and the Central Coast region.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity commencing in July 2026, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive and person-centred environment.

About the Role: As a Speech Pathologist, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based services to NDIS participants, helping them achieve their communication and functional goals. You will work closely with clients, families, carers, and allied health professionals to provide person-centred support and positive outcomes.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
SPA membership (provisional membership considered)
Full Australian working rights
Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Current Police Check

Desirable Skills & Experience

Experience working within the NDIS or disability sector
Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
Experience managing paediatric caseloads
