• Play a key role assessing proposals and supporting statutory decision-making processes

Duties

• Lead and supervise assessment of applications, proposals and referrals against legislation and policy
• Prepare briefings, reports and recommendations for senior decision-makers
• Provide expert advice on regulatory compliance, risk and environmental matters
• Engage and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Skills & Experience

• Experience working in a regulatory or policy environment, ideally within government
• Strong ability to interpret and apply legislation and frameworks
• Excellent written skills, including briefings and technical documentation
• Proven stakeholder engagement and ability to manage complex, sensitive matters

Casual Loading
