Duties
- Lead and supervise assessment of applications, proposals and referrals against legislation and policy
- Prepare briefings, reports and recommendations for senior decision-makers
- Provide expert advice on regulatory compliance, risk and environmental matters
- Engage and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- Experience working in a regulatory or policy environment, ideally within government
- Strong ability to interpret and apply legislation and frameworks
- Excellent written skills, including briefings and technical documentation
- Proven stakeholder engagement and ability to manage complex, sensitive matters
