The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a rapidly growing and highly successful business based in Manly. With significant growth across the organisation, this is a newly created position, reflecting the company's continued growth and genuine investment in its people!
This is a high-volume, fast-paced Accounts Payable role suited to someone who enjoys working in a transactional environment while being part of a close-knit and supportive team. The business has built a strong reputation for its collaborative culture and people-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end Accounts Payable processing
- High-volume invoice processing, coding and batching
- Managing supplier queries and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Processing payment runs
- Downloading and reconciling bank statements
- Vendor account reconciliations and creditor statement reconciliations
- Processing staff expense reimbursements and corporate credit card transactions
- Managing the Accounts Payable inbox and responding to phone enquiries
- Assisting with month-end close activities and reporting requirements
- Supporting the wider finance team where required

About you
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable position
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive, team-first attitude and willingness to assist where needed
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Resilience, adaptability and and wants to join a fun team!
- Experience using Xero will be highly regarded, though not essential.
