• Previous experience in a Business Manager or Automotive Finance role
• Strong understanding of vehicle finance, FCA compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Full and valid UK driving licence

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to be part of the launch of our new OMODA & JAECOO dealership. You will play a key role in maximising dealership profitability, supporting the sales team, driving finance performance, and ensuring compliance across all business activities as we launch an exciting new franchise.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales team to structure vehicle finance deals in line with customer needs and compliance requirements.
• Maximise finance, insurance, and product penetration opportunities.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and performance data for management review.
• Monitor vehicle stock levels and support sales planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
• Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Support team performance, training, and attendance management.
• Ensure all activities comply with FCA guidelines, company policies, and manufacturer standards.
