We're recruiting on behalf of a long-established, family-owned wholesale business that imports and distributes premium industrial products to customers across Australia. With exclusive distribution partnerships, a loyal customer base and a strong reputation within their industry, they've built their success on quality products, reliable service and great people.

Due to continued growth, they're looking for an experienced Storeperson to join their friendly Cheltenham team.

This is more than just a pick-and-pack role. You'll play an important part in the day-to-day warehouse operation while having the opportunity to learn new systems, take on additional responsibilities and become a valued member of a close-knit team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Unloading containers and receiving incoming stock
• Checking and reconciling goods received
• Allocating stock locations and maintaining inventory accuracy
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
• Using freight portals and coordinating shipments
• Operating warehouse equipment including walkers/stackers
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
• Pallet reconciliations and stock control activities
• Learning and using inventory/ERP systems

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• A reliable, hands-on attitude
• Someone looking for a long-term opportunity
• Comfortable with manual handling tasks
• Forklift licence highly regarded
• Team player who takes pride in their work
