We are seeking a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join our friendly and supportive team in the Parramatta region on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week). The Role

You will manage a varied, hands-on caseload. Duties include:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments and developing personalised treatment programs for each patient.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat clients for a variety of conditions. Including, but not limited to, musculoskeletal, neurological, and rehabilitation conditions.
• Delivering evidence-based hands-on therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and dry needling.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as required to provide holistic care to clients.
• Educating patients on injury prevention and self-management strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year clinical experience as a Physiotherapist (private practice preferred).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Current AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) Registration.
• Current SIRA (State Insurance Regulatory Authority) Registration.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Availability for 2-3 days per week inclusive of a Saturday.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with our patients, insurers, referring doctors.
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
• Must be either an Australian citizen or permanent resident holder to be eligible for this position.

Due to the nature of our caseload and strong focus on workplace injury management, previous experience with Workers Compensation/WorkCover/CTP clients is beneficial. The successful candidate will be confident in managing musculoskeletal conditions, liaising with stakeholders, and supporting patients throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey.
