About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide strategic and operational support to a Chief Executive Officer within a purpose-driven, community-focused organisation
This is a pivotal role in a fast-paced and geographically dispersed environment, requiring a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives on managing competing priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide comprehensive executive support, ensuring the efficient coordination of day-to-day operations, high-level administration, and key organisational priorities.
You will play a critical role in enabling leadership effectiveness through streamlined processes, clear communication, and strong stakeholder engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
- Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO
- Manage calendars, communications, and Microsoft Office applications efficiently
- Coordinate meetings and events, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and action tracking
- Support travel, financial administration, and resource coordination process
- Manage business records, ensuring compliance with information management practices
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, correspondence, and briefing materials
- Collate and distribute information across teams and stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, processes, and administrative functions
- Undertake additional duties as required to support organisational objectives

Experience & Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in an Executive Assistant, Executive Officer, or similar senior support role
- Proven ability to support senior leaders in high-pressure environments
- Experience managing competing priorities and delivering outcomes effectively
- Strong background handling sensitive and confidential information
- Understanding of, and commitment to, community-led and culturally informed service delivery (highly regarded)
- Knowledge of challenges faced by remote communities (desirable)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business or a related discipline (desirable)
- Current Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card)
- National Police Clearance
- Compliance with organisational vaccination and immunity req
