What you’ll do:

• Support participants into sustainable employment
• Build strong employer relationships
• Deliver tailored, person-centred support
• Help with resumes, applications & interviews

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Organised, adaptable, and target-driven
• Team player with a passion for helping others
• Cert III (or willingness to obtain) + driver’s licence
