This supportive program helps women re enter the workforce with confidence, offering paid work in aged care while you completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Aged Care.

About the role

Work collaboratively with residents and their families to provide personal care
Provide quality, timely and effective care that reflects the unique needs of each resident and in accordance with resident care plans
Encourage the wellbeing and independence of residents by supporting them to engage in preferred activities and interests
Embody a person-centred approach, recognising and promoting the individual’s unique goals and preferences
Participate in risk management and continuous quality improvement activities
Build strong and productive relationships with your team to deliver positive outcomes for residents

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
