What you'll be doing
About the Role
As an Inbound Sales Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential B2B customers interested in our FleetCard products. You'll engage with leads, understand their needs, and close sales—all while providing top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and close new business opportunities
- Provide solution-based sales by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable FleetCard products
- Accurately complete data entry and CRM tasks in systems like Sage, CMS, and Salesforce
- Follow up on leads and applications within a 2-week time frame
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience
- Maintain high service standards in every interaction
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably B2B
- Strong phone communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- A goal-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed KPIs
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systems for data entry and lead management
- High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
