We’re looking for an experienced Account Director to lead and grow a portfolio of strategic Financial Services customers. This is a high impact role suited to someone who thrives in complex enterprise environments - building trusted partnerships, shaping long-term strategies and driving meaningful commercial outcomes.
You’ll act as the primary relationship owner across your accounts, aligning senior stakeholders, influencing direction and ensuring Interactive is positioned as a true strategic partner.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and lead executive relationships across a portfolio of strategic Financial Services customers (e.g. banking, insurance, wealth).
- Develop and execute long-term account strategies that drive growth, retention, and customer value.
- Identify and convert new opportunities across infrastructure, cloud, and managed services.
- Partner with internal SMEs and delivery teams to deliver a seamless, whole-of-business customer experience.
- Engage C-level stakeholders and coordinate executive sponsorship to strengthen alignment and influence outcomes.
- Lead commercial negotiations, renewals, and complex deal cycles within enterprise environments.
About you:
- 10+ years’ experience in enterprise account management, sales, or strategic client leadership roles.
- Proven experience working within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment is essential.
- Strong experience working with Financial Services clients (banking, insurance, or wealth management).
- Proven track record of managing and growing large, complex accounts within enterprise environments.
- Solid understanding of IT services, infrastructure, cloud, and managed services.
- Highly credible at C-suite level, with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially astute, results-driven, and comfortable navigating long sales cycles.
- A collaborative, customer-first approach aligned to our One Interactive philosophy.
