At our Chermside clinic, we deliver multidisciplinary allied health services both in-clinic and in clients' homes, supporting people across North Brisbane to stay active, healthy, and independent.

About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, motivated Physiotherapist to join our Healthy Connections allied health team on a permanent full-time basis . Whether you're a recent graduate or have some experience under your belt, what matters most to us is your passion for helping people, your willingness to learn, and your ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

You'll be joining a team of 25+ allied health professionals - including Physiotherapists with a wide range of backgrounds and experience, alongside Exercise Physiologists, Remedial Massage Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and a dedicated Allied Health Assistant. There's genuine camaraderie here, and plenty of support no matter where you're at in your career.

Salary Range:

  • $ 85 ,000–$108,000 FTE + super, based on experience (equivalent to $4 2 –54 per hour).

What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-quality, client-centred physiotherapy services both in-clinic and in clients' homes across Brisbane North, with the opportunity to extend mobile work into nearby Moreton Bay suburbs if you're keen to expand your reach.

  • Conduct initial assessments, develop tailored treatment and exercise programs, and monitor client progress over time.

  • Manage a reliable mixed caseload – 30–60 minute in-clinic appointments and 45– 60 minute home visits, with dedicated travel time scheduled separately so you can provide quality care without feeling rushed.

  • Work confidently across multiple funding streams including My Aged Care, Support at Home, NDIS, DVA, Medicare, and private clients.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the best outcomes for our diverse client base (primarily older adults).

  • Contribute to the development of new programs , initiatives and bring your ideas to the table.

  • Support marketing and brand awareness through blogs, client resources, and social media participation.

To be eligible for this role, you'll bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.

  • New graduates are encouraged to apply — salary will be aligned to your experience and classification.

  • A genuine passion for working with older adults, NDIS clients, and people living with disability or chronic conditions.

  • An empathetic, friendly approach and excellent communication skills.

  • A collaborative mindset — you're a team player who actively contributes to a positive team culture.

  • Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to adapt and problem-solve on the go.

  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.

  • Current Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle (community visits required ).

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
