About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in Psychogeriatric Services, you will provide clinical assessment, care planning, and evidence-based nursing interventions for older people with complex mental health conditions and dementia. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you'll support clients, families, and carers to achieve the best possible health outcomes while delivering high-quality, person-centred care in the community.

About You

You are a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and experience in aged care, mental health, or community nursing. You have strong assessment and communication skills, sound clinical judgement, and a passion for supporting older people with complex needs. Experience working with dementia and BPSD, knowledge of My Aged Care, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively will be highly regarded. A current NSW Driver's Licence is essential.
