About This Role

We are seeking a highly organised, adaptable and resilient

Administration Assistant to support our National SMSF team in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft emails to clients based on ATO and audit correspondence received
  • Assist the team with preparing client letters and other documentation
  • Assist SMSF accountants with compiling completed SMSF annual packages (financial statements, tax returns) using Class Super software
  • Assist SMSF accountants with annual tax return lodgements
  • Liaison with SMSF auditors, including tracking of audits and assistance with SMSF audit queries
  • Liaison with external banks, brokers and financial advisors with information required
  • Preparation of invoices
  • Scanning, filing and updating of client data and documentation, including data entry in Class Super for a portfolio of funds

Skills And Experience

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment
  • High level of organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience / interest in the superannuation and accounting industry would be highly regarded
