About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Lawyer, Associate, Senior Associate or Special Counsel (minimum 3+ years PAE) to join our growing Melbourne team in a full-time permanent role. Flexible working arrangements will be considered.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a broad range of personal injury matters, including WorkCover, TAC and Public Liability.

With strong support from experienced practitioners, you will manage your own files and play a key role in achieving positive outcomes for clients.

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, initiative and empathy to their work. Someone who genuinely cares about helping people and is motivated by achieving meaningful outcomes.

About You

You will ideally bring:

• Minimum 3+ years PAE within personal injury law;
• Experience or exposure to WorkCover, TAC and/or Public Liability matters (not all practice types essential);
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills;
• A compassionate and client-focused approach;
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
• Confidence liaising with counsel, experts and key stakeholders;
• Bring empathy, well developed listening skills and sound judgment when supporting clients through sensitive matters; and
• A genuine passion for social justice and supporting injured clients.
