WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As an Account Project Manager, you will take ownership of the successful delivery of digital projects, acting as the link between clients and internal teams.

You will manage project timelines, coordinate stakeholders, oversee day-to-day delivery, and ensure projects are progressing smoothly from planning through to launch.

You will build strong client relationships, provide regular updates, manage expectations, and work closely with specialists across strategy, design, and technology to deliver projects that achieve client objectives.

This is a client-facing role focused on project delivery, communication, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful outcomes rather than hands-on technical implementation.

YOU WILL NEED

  • 3+ years experience in digital project management, project delivery or account management
  • Experience working on digital, website, technology, or transformation projects
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A collaborative approach and confidence working with both clients and internal teams
