Visual Effects Producer

Main Objective

As a VFX Producer, you will be at the helm of all processes, schedules, budgets, crew, and resources essential for producing world class digital VFX projects within creative, strategic, and business constraints. You will partner with our EP & VFX Supervisors to ensure the day-to-day success of our projects. The ideal candidate will also share our vision for company growth and be an integral part of fostering a positive company culture.

This role is based in Sydney and not suitable for remote candidates. Ideally, you're an Australian resident or possess a valid work visa. We'll consider overseas candidates only if they are truly exceptional.

Skills & Knowledge

• Minimum 2 years of VFX Producing experience at a VFX vendor/studio.
• Extensive professional and operational knowledge of the VFX industry and digital production processes.
• Proven experience in managing VFX artists in production.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent team player.
• Superior negotiation skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in people and project management.
• Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to efficiently lead and coordinate others.
• Genuine enthusiasm for facilitating artists' work in high-pressure environments.
• A true passion for VFX projects.
• Knowledge of the ShotGrid tracking system is a plus.
