Finance Manager

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Finance Manager to join a well-established organisation and play a key role in driving financial sustainability, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial accounting activities, including month-end and year-end processes
• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Financial Accounting functions
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
• Prepare financial reports for Executive Leadership, Board and Committee meetings
• Coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Develop and enhance financial policies, procedures and internal controls

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• CPA, CA or equivalent professional accounting qualification
• Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience in a senior finance leadership position
• Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, budgeting and compliance requirements
• Experience managing audits and preparing statutory financial statements
• Experience within government, not-for-profit or community-focused organisations
