About the Role
As Bid & Executive Support Coordinator, you will work closely with the Managing Director, Construction Manager, Estimating Team, and Marketing Manager, providing essential administrative and coordination support across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level support to the Managing Director, Construction Manager, and Estimating Team.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of bids and tenders for major construction projects.
- Manage tender documentation, including addendums, drawings, submissions, and bid tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of compelling tender and marketing submissions.
- Maintain project profiles, bid records, and business databases to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Coordinate the compilation, review, and timely submission of tender documentation.
- Manage document control, filing, and archiving across active and completed projects.
- Work closely with senior leaders on strategic business initiatives and key project pursuits.
- Support the continuous improvement of business processes, systems, and operational procedures.
- Provide professional administrative and office support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in business support, bid/tender submission, office coordination, or office management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong document formatting skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence working across multiple systems.
- Experience using Adobe InDesign will be highly regarded.
