Key Capabilities/Technical Competencies (skills, knowledge, technical or specialist capabilities)

Python, Shell, JavaScript
Infrastructure automation using Terraform
Configuration management and automation with Ansible
Ability to develop integrations using REST APIs for seamless toolchain connectivity and automation workflows.

Cloud Services and Infrastructure (Minimum 5 years’ experience)

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services, including:
Compute: EC2 instances management and automation
Storage: managing S3 buckets and understanding storage classes
Networking: configuring VPCs, subnets, security groups, and routing
Container orchestration: working with EKS (Kubernetes) and OpenShift (ROSA)
Cloud infrastructure automation, upkeep, and scaling
Experience with cloud monitoring, performance tuning, and scaling of resources.
Understanding of network protocols, firewall configurations, and software-defined networking concepts.

Solid knowledge of DevOps methodologies and agile development/delivery practices.
Experience designing and building DevOps solutions, including:
Creating and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Harness, or Bamboo.
Repository/version control management with GitHub, GitLab, or BitBucket.
Integration of security and monitoring tools such as Snyk, Fortify, Dynatrace, Splunk, and ServiceNOW.

Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
Experience with Azure DevOps and associated services (compute, storage, networking).
Environment management and deployment automation using appropriate tools like Enov8.
Experience using automated test tools to support CI/CD pipelines.
