The Opportunity

• Lead and develop the Client Liaison team throughout the construction journey
• Manage team performance, resources, and customer service outcomes
• Drive growth through continuous improvement and process optimisation
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop team members
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver a seamless client experience
• Resolve escalated client issues and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Ensure consistent client communication throughout construction
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders
• Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Foster a positive, supportive, and high-performing team culture.

• Previous experience as a Client Liaison Manager within the residential building industry
• Senior Client Liaison Officers or Team Leaders looking to take the next step are encouraged to apply
• Strong customer service, organisational, and time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve outstanding customer outcomes
