Due to growing demand for our services, we are expanding our clinical leadership team in Sydney.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced BCBA / CBA Therapy Supervisor to join our Sydney team, supporting children aged 3+ through community-based early intervention and positive behaviour support services across the North Shore and Northern Beaches. Reporting to the Practice Leader, you will oversee clinical programs, supervise therapists, and provide leadership to ensure high-quality, evidence-based intervention. This is a clinical role with autonomy, leadership responsibilities, and clear pathways for progression.

Key Responsibilities

As a Therapy Supervisor, You Will

  • Conduct initial consultations, assessments, and progress reviews
  • Develop and implement individualised Behaviour Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Train and support therapists and families in behaviour management strategies
  • Provide regular supervision, coaching, and mentoring to therapy staff
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programs based on data and clinical outcomes
  • Deliver a mix of face-to-face and telehealth sessions
  • Collaborate with schools, allied health professionals, and families to ensure consistent support
  • Design and deliver training for parents, therapists, and external stakeholders
  • Identify and manage high-risk behaviours, incidents, and clinical concerns in line with organisational policies

What You'll Bring

  • Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) or Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) - essential
  • Background in ABA, PBS, psychology, education, or allied health
  • PBS Practitioner registration (Proficient or Advanced) or working towards it (highly regarded)
  • Proven leadership, supervision, and mentoring experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated, organised, and outcomes-driven
  • Commitment to ethical, family-centred practice
  • WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and full working rights in Australia
