About the Company

We're looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for a critical data and analytics environment, partnering closely with Analytics, Data Engineering and business leaders to shape its future direction.

You'll play a key role in helping teams move from reactive request delivery towards more deliberate, product-led decision making, while balancing the needs of multiple analytics teams across the business.

With significant investment being made in AI, governance and the broader data ecosystem, this role sits at the centre of some of the most important platform decisions the organisation will make over the coming years.

It's a newly created role with genuine influence, visibility and the opportunity to leave a lasting mark on how data is used across the business.

About the Role

Reporting into the Head of Data Products , you'll own the vision, strategy and roadmap for the organisation's analytical data environment.

Your customers are internal Analytics and Data teams. Your product is the data platform, tooling ecosystem and core data content that enables the organisation to make better decisions faster.

  • The platform supports multiple analytics functions across Product, Commercial and Corporate domains and underpins thousands of decisions made across the business every day.
  • You'll be responsible for turning complex and often competing stakeholder needs into a clear product direction, helping teams understand where the platform is going, why it matters, and what should be prioritised next.
  • You'll work closely with Analytics teams, Data Engineering leaders, Governance stakeholders and senior decision makers to ensure the platform continues to evolve in a scalable, trusted and customer-centric way.
  • A key focus area will be helping the organisation move from reactive request delivery towards a more strategic, product-led operating model.
  • You’ll be driving conversations around data governance, ownership, trust, access and AI readiness whilst creating scalable approaches to managing demand across multiple customer groups

About You

You might come from a Data Platform background, You might come from Infrastructure, Analytics, Internal Tooling or Enterprise Platforms.

What's more important is that you're an exceptional Product Manager.

Bus what is essential is that you have Experience with:

  • Modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Tableau, Monte Carlo or similar technologies will be highly regarded.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled products, agentic workflows, self-service analytics or governance frameworks is also valuable.

You'll likely bring experience:

  • Setting product vision and strategy in complex environments
  • Influencing highly technical teams without direct authority
  • Turning ambiguity into structure, priorities and outcomes
  • Managing competing stakeholder needs and demand
  • Owning platform or internal products where success is measured through adoption and enablement
  • Navigating large organisations and complex stakeholder environments
  • Communicating complex technical concepts in a simple and compelling way
