About the role

We are searching for a client advisor who will support the delivery of high-quality communications programs, build trusted client relationships and develop their skills across a broad range of disciplines.

The client advisor will be a communications professional who is ready to take on greater client responsibility and grow towards owning their own accounts. The role requires a motivated and curious individual who takes pride in the craft of delivery, is eager to learn how client relationships are built and sustained, and has a growing instinct to spot new opportunities and add value across our work.

As a member of the firm, you will:

• Support client partners and directors across communications programs spanning a diverse range of industries and sectors, while beginning to manage elements of your own client relationships.
• Provide responsive, day-to-day counsel and delivery to clients, contributing to the success of our work alongside senior colleagues.
• Be responsible for discrete workstreams and client programs, building your expertise in client management and owning senior-level relationships over time.
• Contribute to new business pitches and help identify organic growth opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Collaborate with our network of partners and experts to support the development of client solutions.
• Help ensure work is delivered to a consistently high standard, on time and on brief.

You will also play an active role in how we deliver our day-to-day work, bringing energy and rigour to execution across strategy, campaigns and content, reputation management and communications training.
