A dynamic digital agency in Sydney is looking for a highly motivated, hunter-style Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.

• Up to $120,000 base + Super + Uncapped Commission (expected earnings $220K Y1)

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Aggressively prospect and generate new business opportunities across SEO, Paid Media, Paid Search, Web Development
• Build a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and industry events
• Qualify leads and develop customised proposals that align digital marketing services with client needs
• Drive negotiations and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure smooth handover and client onboarding
• Maintain detailed CRM records and provide regular pipeline and forecast updates

YOU NEED TO HAVE…

• Proven success as a hunter in B2B sales, ideally within an Agency, MSP or Insurance or Tech services environment
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a confident, consultative approach
• Self-driven with a strong desire to exceed targets and earn high commissions
• Experience managing your sales funnel and CRM tools effectively
