As a Retail Sales Consultant, you’ll represent some of the world’s most iconic furniture and lighting brands, from global pioneers of modern design to contemporary innovators shaping the future of interiors.

Based across our Sydney showrooms in Alexandria and Woollahra, you’ll work closely with residential clients, guiding them through a curated portfolio of internationally renowned brands and delivering an exceptional design experience from first enquiry through to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients in the showroom and over the phone, delivering warm, considered and exceptional service.
• Support the sales journey from enquiry through to delivery, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across Living Edge’s exclusive design portfolio.
• Contribute to team sales targets and actively support current campaigns and showroom initiatives.
• Maintain the showroom as a true reflection of Living Edge’s commitment to design, quality and service excellence.

What you'll bring

• Previous retail or sales experience, ideally within furniture, interiors, architecture, design or luxury retail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative and client-focused approach.
• A proactive, organised and detail-oriented mindset.
• A genuine passion and understanding for design, sustainability and working with world-leading brands.
