Customer Service Representaive / Sales Support
Location: Sydney NSW
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + Super

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their Sydney-based team.

The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting customer service operations across Australia and New Zealand. This position combines customer service, order processing, administration, logistics support, and internal stakeholder coordination.
You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, maintaining system accuracy, and supporting a range of business functions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being the central point of contact, has strong attention to detail, and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchase orders using SAP and internal systems
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate freight bookings and provide delivery updates to customers
- Manage backorders and maintain proactive customer communication
- Support production order administration and stock transfer activities
- Prepare export documentation and assist with logistics coordination
- Provide proof of delivery, packing lists, and other customer documentation
- Maintain accurate customer, product, and order information within SAP
- Liaise with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Assist with general office administration and business support tasks
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects
About You
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Processing, or Office Administration
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across multiple departments
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience using ERP systems, ideally SAP, is highly regarded
- Experience within manufacturing, industrial, logistics, distribution, or FMCG environments is advantageous
