Established in 2004, Martinovich Psychological Services (MPS) is a highly regarded Clinical, Forensic and Organisational psychology practice with offices in Fremantle, Safety Bay, Perth and Dunsborough, Western Australia.
With strong demand across all locations and via telehealth, supported by significant government partnerships, we are expanding our team. We are seeking a motivated Clinical Psychologist or Registrar for a salaried role.

About the Role
We are a busy, niche practice supporting professionals exposed to high-risk and high-stress environments. This is a varied and rewarding role working with a specialised client group.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering psychotherapy and trauma-focused interventions (including EMDR)
- Managing a clinical caseload across medium and longer-term therapy
- Conducting diagnostic assessments and developing psychological formulations
- Delivering psychoeducational training to build resilience in frontline professionals
- Preparing reports and liaising with referring stakeholders including medical practitioners, insurers, and organisational wellbeing teams
About You
You are a capable and motivated clinician who works with professionalism and integrity and brings the tenacity to support clients in complex and high-pressure environments.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Unconditional AHPRA registration as a Clinical Psychologist/Clinical Registrar
- Experience in clinical and trauma interventions (experience with frontline, military, or forensic populations highly regarded)
- Strong skills in assessment, formulation, and evidence-based intervention
- The ability to contribute positively within a collaborative team environment
- Eligibility for Medicare Provider status
- Working With Children Check, police clearance, and ability to obtain a security clearance
