VFX Production Coordinator

We're hiring: VFX Production Coordinator (Mid or Senior) @ ALPS Studios Australia

ALPS Studios is growing, and we're looking for a sharp, calm VFX Production Coordinator — mid or senior level — to keep our shots moving from brief to final delivery.

This is a fully remote, full-time role open to anyone holding a valid Australian work permit or working visa.

What you'll do

• Drive day-to-day scheduling across multiple shows and keep shots on track
• Own the production tracker (ShotGrid / Flow): statuses, deadlines and client deliverables
• Coordinate handoffs between art, animation, FX, lighting and comp
• Run dailies and reviews, then circulate clear notes and next steps
• Be the hub between supervisors, producers, vendors and clients

What you'll bring

• Mid to senior-level experience coordinating in a VFX, animation or post studio
• Confident with ShotGrid / Flow Production Tracking and scheduling tools
• A cool head under pressure with serious organisational chops
• Strong communication across creative and technical teams
• A solid understanding of the VFX pipeline and delivery specs
