Role Description
We are seeking a part-time Executive Personal Assistant to support Pennie and assist with day‑to‑day operations across the Steam King restaurants. This role combines administrative support, light marketing tasks, and coordination of personal errands and projects. You will work closely with Pennie to ensure smooth execution of business and personal activities, while contributing to the brand’s marketing presence and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to Pennie, including organizational tasks and external communications
- Assist with restaurant operations and daily administrative needs
- Involve in marketing activities, including social media content creation (reels, clips, posts)
- Prepare documents, maintain records, and manage basic clerical tasks
- Coordinate personal errands and ad‑hoc projects as required
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of social media marketing tools (Instagram, Meta Ads)
- Interest in creating short-form video content for marketing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic clerical and administrative skills
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
- High level of discretion and reliability
- Knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and some familiarity with Canva or Photoshop
- Proficiency in English; working knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin is a must
