Contract length: 3months initial + 3 months extn

Working arrangement: Hybrid (50/50 – minimum 2 days onsite)

Security clearance: Must hold NV1 (Negative Vetting Level 1)

Role Overview

We are seeking talented Senior Data Consultant Software Engineers (Developers) to join our growing team within NTT Data. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge data innovation initiatives, delivering scalable cloud-based data solutions and driving impactful outcomes for business stakeholders. You will lead the design and development of modern data platforms, leveraging Azure technologies to solve complex data challenges across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and development across data-focused projects
• Design and implement scalable data workflows and pipelines
• Develop and optimise ETL processes for complex data environments
• Build and maintain data warehouses, lakes, and modern data platforms
• Deliver impactful data visualisation solutions using Power BI or similar tools
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement across processes, code, and platforms

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience working with Azure data stack (Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake, Blob Storage, Azure SQL)
• Proven background in designing and delivering enterprise data solutions
• Experience with DevOps practices or version control tools
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or C++
• Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL frameworks, and analytics platforms
• Demonstrated ability to work in Agile delivery environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
