We're partnering with a well-established, multi-brand beauty distributor on a genuinely exciting hire. A business that has been trusted in Australian beauty for decades, representing a growing portfolio of globally recognised and emerging brands spanning pharmacy, grocery and mass-market retail across the country.

About The Role

This is a senior commercial role for someone who wants to come in and genuinely own something. You'll be the primary contact across major retail partners - managing relationships, driving ranging, coordinating launches and delivering real commercial outcomes across pharmacy, grocery and mass-market retail.

  • Own day-to-day relationships across key retail partners including Priceline, Atomica, Kmart, Target, Big W and Amazon
  • Manage ranging submissions, portal management, replenishment cycles and promotional planning end-to-end
  • Conduct regular store visits to maintain brand standards and identify opportunities on the ground
  • Be the face of a growing brand portfolio to each retail partner - proactive, prepared and across the detail
  • Lead new brand and product launches across all retail partners from first conversation to shelf
  • Deliver weekly sales summaries to the Directors - clear insights, risks, opportunities and recommended actions
  • Identify ranging gaps, promotional windows and growth opportunities across the portfolio
  • Directly manage and develop a Sales & Marketing Assistant
  • Set the standard for how the team shows up to retail partners, brands and each other

About You

  • 3-5 years in account management, wholesale or retail partnerships - beauty, pharmacy or FMCG strongly preferred
  • Experience across mass-market accounts (Kmart, Target, Big W) and specialty retail (Priceline, Chemist Warehouse) - preferred but not essential
  • A track record of launching new products across multiple retail partners simultaneously
  • The commercial ability to read data and translate it into clear actions - not just report results
  • Genuine relationship management skills - you build real partnerships, not contact lists
